Delivery Charges
We ship our balloons with couriers who offer on the day tracking of your balloon.
Monday – Friday Delivery
08:00 – 17:00
Saturday Delivery
08:00 – 17:00
To protect your balloons, each product arrives in its own box. If you order multiple balloons, you will receive multiple tracking codes to track each parcel.
Delivery Recommendation
Due to the current circumstances, courier companies are overwhelmed and cannot 100% guarantee nominated day delivery, therefore we recommend selecting delivery of the balloons for the day prior to account for any delays.
Delivery Date
You can select your desired delivery date at the checkout, however, as we only offer an 08:00 – 17:00 nominated day delivery service via couriers, we recommend having your balloon delivered the day prior to your special occasion.

Tracking Details:
Your balloon departs our studio at approximately 16:00 the day before delivery. At this point, you will receive your tracking details and can keep an eye on your parcel.
